Confidential work, client-safe proof

I build and repair PHP and JavaScript web systems that businesses actually depend on.

If it is serious PHP/JS web development, I can usually create value quickly: custom applications, dashboards, APIs, WordPress/WooCommerce, Laravel, Laminas/Zend, Magento/Adobe Commerce, role-based access, healthcare workflows and integrations. I have developed systems, designed architecture, led delivery, handled Bitbucket CI/CD deployments, optimized database queries, built integration reliability tooling and resolved performance issues. This portfolio is anonymized on purpose: it proves the kind of work I have delivered without exposing client names, domains, employer repositories or private system details.

Technology stack

Recognizable tools, but not limited to one framework.

These are familiar tools behind the case studies. The broader promise is simpler: if it is PHP/JavaScript web development with business logic, data, APIs, dashboards or integrations, I can diagnose and own the problem end to end.

Case studies

Precise enough to judge. Anonymized enough to be ethical.

The cases below use industry labels and technical scope instead of real names. That is deliberate. Serious backend, healthcare, ecommerce and internal-dashboard work is usually private, and I will not leak one client to impress another.

WooCommerce proof Custom WordPress plugin platform Gravity Forms, order workflows, PDFs, scheduling, SMS/email, fulfillment and SSO-style flows. Adobe Commerce proof Magento 2 custom extension suite Checkout, customer access, service credits, web APIs, cron, admin controls and webhooks. API proof PHP APIs and integration reliability Laminas/Zend, OAuth2, Doctrine, OpenAPI, retries, replay, signed payloads and logs.

Appointment and booking API platform

Designed, built and maintained API modules for scheduling-style workflows: practitioner, consumer, orders, admin, permissions and roles. The work was not just endpoints; it included auth, documentation, database mapping, query behavior and frontend consumption.

ArchitectureDomain modules instead of one giant API controller, with clearer ownership boundaries for teams.
Auth surfaceOAuth clients, access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes and user boundaries.
DeliverableAPI behavior connected to authenticated operational screens.
  • Generated OpenAPI documentation so frontend and backend could stay aligned.
  • Worked with Doctrine entities/repositories and database-backed workflows.
  • Investigated database query behavior and performance issues in operational flows.
  • Handled admin, practitioner, consumer and order modules as separate responsibilities.

Integration reliability layer with retries, replay, logs and signed payloads

Built reliability-style integration work for commerce and operational systems where “send a webhook” is not enough. The useful work is knowing what was sent, what failed, how to retry safely, how to replay a delivery and how to prove the payload was trusted.

Delivery controlsPending delivery processing, retry/replay paths, delivery repositories, structured logs and admin-facing visibility.
Trust controlsSigned payloads, event filtering, configuration boundaries and command-line tools for controlled operations.
Business valueFewer blind integration failures and faster recovery when orders, invoices, refunds, shipments or external systems fall out of sync.

RBAC / SSO / Zend to Laminas / PHP 8.2

Role-based access and legacy authentication modernization

Auth and permissions work is unforgiving: if it breaks, users cannot work or the wrong people see the wrong data. I designed and developed SSO-style access control work across older Zend patterns and newer Laminas/PHP 8.2 structure.

Security surfaceJWT, sessions, captcha, mail, validators, RBAC and route boundaries.
Architecture workKept existing behavior while improving framework structure, PHP compatibility and module boundaries.
API workAdmin, API, common entity, repository and REST modules.
  • Respected old business rules instead of blindly rewriting working flows.
  • Worked with module config, services, routes, controllers and auth-dependent views.
  • Reduced the risk of being stuck on unsupported legacy PHP patterns.

Healthcare-style workflows / Laminas MVC / PHP 8.2

Clinical and pharmacy operational systems

Developed systems where the admin workflow, validation and data handling matter more than decoration. These are the kinds of systems where architecture, query behavior and a small logic mistake can create real operational pain.

ModulesAdmin, API, common entities, events, repositories and domain screens.
ControlsRBAC, forms, input filters, validators, sessions, mail, database migrations and query optimization work.
OutputsPDF/report generation, exports and admin-facing operational records.
  • Improved older Zend/Laminas code while preserving business behavior.
  • Worked across backend logic, architecture decisions, view templates, repositories and service-style helpers.
  • Kept changes practical because operational teams need reliability first.

Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce / custom extension suite

Adobe Commerce extension suite for checkout, service flows, SSO, credits and order reliability

Built and maintained a private Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 extension layer with roughly 20 custom modules. The work went beyond installing plugins: it connected product decision flows, SSO-style customer access, service booking, credit usage, order state rules, admin mapping screens, customer document access, analytics events, reminders, webhooks and retryable background jobs.

Extension architectureSeparated concerns into focused modules for auth, product questions, service credits, reminders, mappings, documents, analytics, order controls and integration delivery.
My roleDesigned and developed controllers, observers, plugins, services, view models, config, schema, admin routes, frontend routes, web APIs, cron jobs and logger-backed recovery paths.
Why it mattersThis is the difference between “the store deploys” and “checkout, customer access, external systems and order operations still behave after the deploy.”
Customer accessSSO bridge, token handling, login validators, customer attributes and protected account/document sections.
Buying workflowProduct questionnaires, extra cart/order attributes, checkout event logging, service selection and appointment-style booking flows.
Credits and ordersCredit creation, utilization, cancellation, refund handling, retry sync, order-state guards and admin completion controls.
OperationsAdmin mappings, product sorting controls, reminder queues, scheduled cleanup, background retry jobs and config-driven module behavior.
IntegrationsSigned/structured webhooks, order/invoice/refund/shipment event delivery, API clients, external validation and failure logging.
Data and reportingGA4 ecommerce events, structured logs, schema tables, customer-data providers and traceable operational records.

What I will not fake

No fake screenshots, fake logos or fake revenue numbers.

I would rather show anonymized technical detail than pretend private work is public. If you need deeper proof, ask for a private walkthrough of selected anonymized structures, dummy-data screens, module boundaries or API flows. I do not share real client data, credentials, production screenshots or private business information.

Trust friction

The honest answer about proof.

Why there are no real client names here

Most serious backend, ecommerce, healthcare and internal dashboard work is private. Publishing client domains, employer repositories or screenshots from production systems would be careless. Confidentiality is part of the work.

What I can prove instead

I can walk through anonymized architecture, module boundaries, API contracts, role/permission models, dashboard workflows, database shape, framework constraints, query optimization, webhook retry/replay flows, report/export generation, CI/CD deployment flow, team delivery decisions and implementation tradeoffs.

What a private proof call can include

I can show anonymized file structures, module boundaries, route/API maps, deployment flow, database reasoning, screenshots with sensitive data removed and the decision trail behind the implementation. You see how I think, not just a logo wall.

How I reduce your risk

I start by reading the code, composer packages, routes, logs, auth flow, database shape, slow queries, deployment path and business workflow. Then I give you a written plan before touching dangerous production-sensitive areas.

Capabilities

Where I am strongest.

Any PHP framework

Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, CakePHP, Laminas, Mezzio, Dotkernel, Zend, custom PHP, REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, ACL/RBAC, Doctrine, OpenAPI, forms, validation, migrations and performance work.

JavaScript web UI

Vue, Nuxt, React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, jQuery, WebSockets, API-driven dashboards, forms, state handling, filters, modals, charts, alerts, uploads, exports and operational screens.

WordPress and WooCommerce

Custom plugin suites, WooCommerce order/status logic, Gravity Forms bridges, REST/AJAX handlers, PDF generation, SMS/email automation, scheduling, fulfillment, SSO-style account flows, campaign attribution and business workflow fixes.

Architecture and delivery

System architecture, module boundaries, team leadership, AWS deployment support, Docker, Nginx, Bitbucket CI/CD deployments, release planning, database query optimization and production performance fixes.

AI-assisted delivery

I use AI tools to speed up research, code drafting, refactoring, test planning and documentation, while keeping architecture, security, confidentiality and production decisions human-led.

Magento / Adobe Commerce

Custom extension suites, upgrade readiness, checkout/order/customer risk, SSO, service credits, product questionnaires, observers, plugins, services, cron jobs, web APIs, admin UI and safe deployment planning.

Integrations and automation

Webhook delivery, retries, replay tools, HMAC signing, Google/Gmail API work, SendGrid, Twilio, mail flows, PDF/barcode/report generation, Excel-style exports and audit logs.

Working method

How I approach messy systems.

  1. Read the system first. I look at structure, dependencies, routes, permissions, logs, database shape, slow queries, CI/CD flow and the real business path before suggesting a rewrite.
  2. Find the real constraint. Sometimes it is code. Sometimes it is architecture, a brittle plugin, bad package, weak permission model, slow query, broken API contract or risky deploy process.
  3. Make the change small enough to trust. I prefer clear architecture decisions, narrow fixes, Bitbucket CI/CD deploy paths, rollback plans and written notes over vague heroics.
  4. Use AI where it helps, review like an engineer. AI can speed up research, implementation options, refactoring and test ideas, but I still verify against the actual codebase, data flow, security boundaries and production behavior.
  5. Leave evidence behind. You get concise technical notes, test steps, deployment concerns, performance notes and the next risks worth watching.

Brutal fit check

Hire me when the work has real system risk.

Good reasons to bring me in

  • Your PHP or JavaScript web app needs someone who can understand the stack and move without drama.
  • Your dashboard needs auth, roles, workflow screens or API-backed fixes.
  • Your WordPress/WooCommerce site needs plugin-style PHP or ecommerce operations tooling.
  • Your Laminas, Zend, Laravel or custom PHP app needs architecture, development, team guidance or safer deployments.
  • Your database queries or production workflows are slow and need practical performance work.
  • Your webhooks, cron jobs, exports, reports or notification flows fail silently and need proper recovery controls.
  • Your Magento or Adobe Commerce custom code is blocking an upgrade or breaking checkout/order behavior.

Bad fit

  • You want fake public logos or screenshots from private client systems.
  • You want a rewrite before anyone has inspected the current code.
  • You need a cheap clone of a SaaS product with no scope, no access and no decision-maker.
  • You want visual polish while auth, data flow and business logic are still broken.

Best first step

  • Free initial fit check from your stack, symptoms, screenshots, logs or short Loom-style walkthrough.
  • Free first opinion on whether the issue looks like code, architecture, database, deployment or workflow risk.
  • Free recommendation for the safest next step, including whether a paid diagnosis is even worth doing.
  • Paid 2-4 hour diagnosis only when access, code review, query inspection or written technical notes are needed.
  • Paid mini audit for Magento/Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce plugins, RBAC dashboards, APIs, performance or integrations.
  • Paid sample task when you need to verify execution quality before a larger engagement.

For serious project discussions

Send me the real problem, not just the job title.

Share the technical stack, symptoms, business impact, deadline, access limits and what has already been tried. I will tell you plainly whether I can help and what the first sensible step should be.
